Returns policy

We would like to hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not you are welcome to return it to us and we will refund you the amount paid less any fees which may be applicable with your product.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the made-to-order products, this would not apply to the customer fabric beds and mattresses. If you wish to return a bed or mattress, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, including initial delivery charges and collection charges. This will apply with any payment method. 

You will have 24 hours to make changes to your order, once placing an order with us. No changes will be acceptable after this. Any cancellations will be subject to the cancellation fee. 

Please ensure that you have sufficient access to the room for the products ordered prior to placing an order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have checked the sizes of the products before placing an order with us. If your product does not fit in your home, you are welcome to return to us and we will refund you 50% of the total cost and we will also deduct initial delivery charges and collection charges. 

Moreover, if the dimensions of the bed are not listed on the product listing, it is your responsibility to either contact us via e-mail. All dimensions are approximate and may have a variance of up to 5%. 

In order to complete a return it must be declared to us within 5 days of the purchase date and all returnable items must be in their original, unused condition free from any defects. Due to health and safety we are unable to accept returns of mattresses which have been removed from their original packaging.

Once we receive your return in its original condition we will process the return within 5 working days. The delivery fee would be deducted from original amount.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Deposit is not always collected for all orders. Once the order is placed with us and the manufacturing has begun, we are unable to cancel this without the cancellation charges being applied as discussed above.

DAMAGES/ISSUES 

If your bed has arrived damaged, please e-mail us at info@grandbedsuk.co.uk within 5 days of receiving the product. We will be more than happy to replace or find a resolution for any issues with your bed.
